YouthFORCE is an advocate and proponent for youth economic empowerment.  We continuously look for avenues which increase youth access to economic resources and opportunities including: jobs, financial services, property and other productive assets, skills development and market information. 

The more likely a young person; especially a young woman is financially autonomous, the less likely they are vulnerable to gender-based violence, sexual exploitation, trafficking in persons and other forms of discrimination. 

Economic empowerment is a right and it is for this reason that we empower young girls and boys through vocational trainings on basic computer knowledge, beading, knitting culinary art, tailoring and fashion design. 

We also provide seed Capital to adolescent girls and women to kick start sustainable businesses which will be of help to them and create the enabling environment for them to depend on themselves, we also encourage eco-friendly/ green businesses as a means of combating climate change.
